Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support for our TAVI procedures in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise and support to heart centers, physicians, and hospital staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external physician partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with the territory manager to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with training experience in a clinical or technical environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer/patient expectations
  • Effectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situations
  • Ability to solve problems and set priorities
  • Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in patients' lives
  • Highly professional and ethical behavior
  • Adaptable and self-aware, with the ability to adjust to a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress environment
  • Confident use of modern communication tools and software programs
  • Strong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Experience working in a cardiac Cath lab and/or operation room
  • Up to 80% travel
