Job Description

The Best Of Human is a recruitment agency specializing in commercial functions. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional to develop and grow our business in the Gard Cévenol region (Alès, Uzès,...) and the Rhône Provençal du Nord region (Avignon to Pierrelatte).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy to increase sales and revenue in the target region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and develop new sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and growing business in a new region.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
