Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and structure the Management Control Department (8 team members);
- Guarantee the generation of financial reports and analytics;
- Support Directors and their sales teams with relevant insights;
- Manage the administrative and financial organization, adapting it to departmental changes;
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative protocols;
- Contribute to the enhancement of the information system;
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, particularly in tool and process optimization;
- Prepare documentation for auditors.
Ideal candidates will possess a finance background with a minimum of a Bac +5 or equivalent from a business school, alongside at least 7 years of experience in management control. Previous experience in a management role supervising a minimum of 2 individuals is essential.
Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
