Job Position:
The role of Program Manager is to be filled in our Besançon site, which specializes in lighting systems and includes an international technical R&D center and a fast-growing production site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and clarify project scope and objectives in terms of timing, quality, and cost & service.
- Develop and follow policies and procedures to support the achievement of project objectives.
- Negotiate with clients regarding project scope modifications or disagreements.
- Define the organizational structure of the project team, including external companies.
- Appoint and coordinate the project team, involving all necessary departments.
- Ensure the fulfillment of project objectives in terms of quality, cost, time, service, contract, profitability, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics) and at least 5 years of experience in automotive project management, preferably as an OEM window contact. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive systems engineering knowledge, be resourceful and self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deliverables. Fluency in German, English, and French is required, along with excellent communication, organization, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word) is also essential.
