Sustainability Consultant Associate

ERM est un leader dans le domaine du conseil, spécialisé dans les secteurs industriels, offrant des services allant de la réalisation d'audits HSE à l'implémentation de systèmes de gestion environnementale, ainsi qu'à l'exécution d'études sur les sols et les eaux souterraines.
Avec une équipe de 180 professionnels répartis sur plusieurs sites, ERM France continue d'évoluer et de se développer.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Consultant(e) Associé(e) en Durabilité d'Entreprise.
Responsabilités :
- Faciliter l'exécution des projets en lien avec la CSRD, le CDP, la déforestation et les stratégies ESG pour accompagner nos clients.
- Développer vos compétences et votre expertise pour renforcer la capacité de conseil d'ERM sur la CSRD et, plus largement, sur les enjeux de durabilité d'entreprise.
- Établir un réseau interne, transversal et pluridisciplinaire, et contribuer activement à la gestion des connaissances et au partage des apprentissages.
- Produire un travail de haute qualité pour répondre aux attentes des clients internes, améliorer les interactions avec les clients et participer activement aux activités d'engagement client (soutien aux propositions, présentation des livrables).
- Apporter des idées novatrices, des perspectives et des connaissances pour faire évoluer nos services en soutien à notre mission.
- Participer à des missions supplémentaires liées au changement climatique, telles que la comptabilisation des GES, la décarbonisation, l'évaluation des risques climatiques, et le soutien à la diligence raisonnable ESG.
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure dans une grande école d'ingénieurs, école de commerce, sciences politiques ou université.
- Expérience préalable en durabilité d'entreprise (stratégie ESG, reporting ESG, conformité réglementaire, etc.) avec des missions en lien avec les réglementations actuelles telles que la CSRD ou le Règlement sur la déforestation de l'UE.
- Intérêt marqué pour les enjeux de durabilité et de climat, avec une volonté de développer vos compétences techniques et commerciales dans ce domaine.
- Aptitude au travail en équipe.
- Intérêt pour les solutions numériques liées aux enjeux ESG, avec une expérience auprès de certains acteurs du marché.
- Capacité à soutenir techniquement les consultants sur les projets de durabilité d'entreprise et à interagir directement avec les clients pour la livraison des projets et le développement commercial initial.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
