Job Overview
As a member of the Global Technology Risk Management (G-TRM) team, you will serve as an essential support to the Information Systems Security and Technology Risk Manager.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and communicating corporate governance, risk management, and control frameworks and policies;
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring technology risks in relation to business impacts, potential threats, and vulnerabilities;
- Collaborating with IT teams to determine the criticality of technology assets;
- Providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to IT team decisions;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Reporting on enterprise-wide technology risks to senior leadership;
- Offering training, tools, and guidance to your teams while fostering a robust risk management culture.
In your role as a CISO Assistant, you will contribute to enhancing strategic directions within the enterprise risk control framework.
You will work in a global environment, surrounded by experts who prioritize excellence, impact, and collaborative efforts in all endeavors.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You possess a higher education degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technology risk management and information security roles. You hold an ISO, CISM, or CISSP certification.
You are knowledgeable in:
• Governance and technical aspects of data classification, data protection, cybersecurity, access management, information management systems, and security event (SIEM) and incident management;
• Banking regulations;
• Management of outsourcing projects.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and are:
• Creative and proactive;
• Results-driven;
• Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders and senior management.
You have a strong command of English at a B2 level.
