We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interest Rate and FX Hedging Specialist to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and hedging market risks within our group.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct stress testing on various portfolios to identify and mitigate unwanted exposure.
* Interface with internal departments, including compliance, finance, operations, and the trading desk, as well as with other subsidiaries and joint ventures.
* Develop and implement effective hedging strategies to minimize risk.
