About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in evaluating business opportunities and providing strategic recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective partner firms
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business acquisitions
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients on business valuations and financial performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and business valuation
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
