We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in evaluating business opportunities and providing strategic recommendations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective partner firms
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business acquisitions
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on business valuations and financial performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and business valuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
