We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our business operations in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our growth strategy for the French market, identifying new business opportunities, and managing our local teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the French market, aligned with our global business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage our local teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure optimal project execution.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the French market.
- Analyze market trends, financial performance, and customer needs to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- 10+ years of experience in the Edtech or SaaS industry, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to drive growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
