The hospital operates under a unified management structure alongside CH de Savenay and the intermunicipal hospital Guérande/Le Croisic.

Mission

The Deputy Director of Financial Affairs is tasked with executing and enhancing the financial and budgetary strategies for the Savenay and Guérande-Le Croisic facilities, as outlined by the common management, and is responsible for reporting performance outcomes based on established criteria.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the budget for the Savenay establishments and Guérande-Le Croisic, adhering to site-specific guidelines.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the restructuring initiative for Guérande-Le Croisic, including sourcing funding.
  • Facilitate management discussions in collaboration with various services, the DIM of the common management, and delegated site directors, while driving the performance improvement plan for the sites.
  • Act as the common management reference for socio-medical budgets, including those of the Saint Nazaire Hospital Center, fostering a cohesive care pathway policy for the elderly; this sector will involve the implementation of new DPI, the standardization of admission processes, and the monitoring of forthcoming reforms.

Key Projects to be Implemented

  • Contribute to the establishment of a unified financial policy across the common management by standardizing processes, tools, support, and regulations among the three institutions whenever feasible.
  • Support the collaborative management of financial teams within a finance department undergoing unification across the common management.
  • Enhance the shared medical-care initiative and establishment projects within the common management framework.
  • In the upcoming years, oversee the deployment of the administrative IT suite as part of the GHT 44 convergence master plan.

Professional Relationships

- Hierarchical Relationships: Reports to the Director of Financial Affairs of the common management, holding the usual delegation of signature authority associated with the financial director roles at the sites.

- Responsible for the financial teams at CH de Savenay and HIPI, which includes administrative assistants shared with the purchasing department.

Functional Relationships: Collaborates with all services, activity sectors, functional directors, and delegated site directors, with preferred interactions with the Care Directorate and the Training Institute Directorate.

Works closely with the financial team at Saint Nazaire.

Employment Conditions

- Participation in administrative standby duties (remunerated on-call).

Work Location

- Duties will be performed at each site of the common management establishments, primarily at HIPI (Guérande-Le Croisic) and Savenay, with occasional requirements at Saint Nazaire.

- Telecommuting options available.

Working Hours

- Full-time position from Monday to Friday. Standard working day: 7 hours 48 minutes, totaling 39 hours per week.

- Service hours from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, with a lunch break outside of working hours.

- Hours will be adjusted based on service needs.

Profile

Position Requirements

Required qualification: Bac + 5 or equivalent in finance or relevant experience in a similar role.

Open to permanent or contractual employees: Attached/Engineer.
