Your Role: Deputy Financial DirectorAs the Deputy Financial Director, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing financial and budgetary policies at our Savenay and Guérande-Le Croisic sites. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Affairs, you will ensure alignment with the common direction's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets for both the Savenay and Guérande-Le Croisic establishments in close collaboration with site leadership.
- Oversee financial management and budget control for the restructuring project at Guérande-Le Croisic, actively seeking funding opportunities.
- Lead financial dialogues with services, DIMs (Departmental Information Management), and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Analyze financial data, generate reports, and provide insightful evaluations of challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Financial Affairs to develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with the organization's goals.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of healthcare finance. You possess:
- Expertise in financial information systems, accounting software, and digital tools used for financial analysis.
