About the Role

The Centre Hospitalier de Saint-Nazaire is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join its team. As Assistant to the Director of Financial Affairs, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing the financial and budgetary policy for the hospital's sites in Savenay and Guérande-Le Croisic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the budget for the hospital's sites in Savenay and Guérande-Le Croisic, in collaboration with the site managers.
  • Pilot the financial and budgetary aspects of the restructuring project for Guérande-Le Croisic, including seeking funding opportunities.
  • Lead the dialogue of management in collaboration with the services, the DIM of the common direction, and the delegated directors of site. Impulse and follow-up of the performance plan of the sites.
  • Act as the common direction's budget reference for medical-social budgets (including those of the Centre Hospitalier de St Nazaire), supporting a transversal policy for the care pathways of the elderly person on the common direction; sector that will see the implantation of new DPI, the harmonization/coordination of admission procedures and the follow-up of upcoming reforms (SSIAD/budgets médico-sociaux/SMR, etc.).
Key Projects
  • Contribute to the structuration of a transversal DAF policy on the common direction, harmonizing processes, tools, supports, and rules between the three establishments.
  • Support the collaborative management of the DAF teams within a unified finance department at the scale of the common direction.
  • Strengthen the medical-soignant project of the common direction and the establishment projects within the common direction.
  • In the coming years, deploy the administrative software suite inscribed in the convergence schema of the GHT 44.
Professional Relationships
  • Hierarchical relationships: DAF of the Common Direction. You will have the usual delegations of signature attached to the posts of DAF of the sites of a common direction.
  • You are responsible for the DAF teams of the CH of Savenay (1 AAH and 2 administrative assistants shared with the purchasing department) and the HIPI (1 AAH and 2 administrative assistants of the staff).
  • Liaisons with the services, poles, and functional directions, delegated directors of site, DIM.
Conditions of Exercise
  • Participation in administrative guards (remunerated astreintes).
Workplace
  • On each site of the establishments of the common direction: HIPI (Guérande-Le Croisic) and Savenay primarily; Saint Nazaire occasionally as needed.
  • Possibility of telecommuting.
Working Hours
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Standard working hours: 7h48 minutes per day, 39 hours per week.
  • Service opening hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, with a lunch break outside working hours.
  • Hours in accordance with service needs.
