Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Directly selling paper processing systems to businesses throughout Europe,
- Preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, including pricing, timelines, and terms,
- Developing specifications for customized products as per client requirements,
- Conducting market research and prospecting within your designated territory,
- Overseeing agents in various countries,
- Enhancing networking opportunities through performance monitoring and reporting,
- Managing a portfolio of key clients to meet revenue objectives,
- Strategically nurturing and expanding client relationships,
- Driving sales initiatives in alignment with established strategies,
- Upholding and promoting the core values of the company.
Candidate Profile: You should possess at least a Bachelor's degree (+4) and have substantial experience in a technical and commercial capacity within the industrial sector. A strong blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen is essential, along with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational abilities, independence, engagement, and ambition. Furthermore, adaptability to various environments, particularly in relation to diverse cultures and local practices, is crucial. Proficiency in English at a professional level is also required.
