Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in strengthening our procurement department by assisting with various tasks related to the smooth operation of the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and monitoring procurement documents, including price lists and orders
- Launching calls for tenders and tracking consultations
- Recording order acknowledgments (OA)
- Creating and updating suppliers in our panel
- Updating prices and open orders
- Declaring product origins and codes
Requirements
- Autonomy and good interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset
- Rigorous and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of English
