The Business Enterprise Architect (BEA) team is in search of motivated individuals who can infuse creativity, enthusiasm, and diverse perspectives into collaborative efforts. Your contributions will focus on the following areas:

1. Management of Finance and Procurement Functional Processes:
  • Oversee a project aimed at mapping, modeling, optimizing, and sustaining the Finance & Procurement processes within the Air France-KLM Group.
  • Establish the Group's inaugural environmental (ESG) reporting processes.
  • Engage with various business units and teams from Finance & Procurement and shared services.
  • Participate in workshops for project studies.
2. Data Management in Alignment with the AFKLM Group's Global Strategy:
  • Ensure data accessibility, consistency, and integrity to meet the functional requirements of the Finance and Procurement sector.
  • Contribute to the development of the Group's data glossary.
  • Support data stewards within the Finance & Procurement domain.
3. Management of Finance and Procurement Information Systems:
  • As part of the upgrade to our SAP system to S/4, you will assist in organizing initial study workshops and executing them.
  • Update application mapping.
  • Engage in the preliminary studies of additional projects.
4. Communication:
  • Prepare materials for presenting analyses, results, change management, training, and more.
5. Soft Skills and Interpersonal Qualities:
  • Exhibit openness and curiosity.
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Be a proactive contributor.
  • Comfortable in a multicultural setting.

You will receive support from the BEA team, allowing you to develop your skills throughout your work-study period. You will work collaboratively while also enjoying a degree of autonomy regarding your objectives. Throughout this period, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills in our Finance sector and the BEA profession.
