COMSIP is seeking a highly skilled Relaunch Installation Engineer Flexible and Reel Lay Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Deep-Water Team, you will be responsible for the engineering of all deep-water flexible and reel lay scope parts of the project during the preparation and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:- Engineering of all deep-water flexible and reel lay scope parts of the Deep-Water Team during the project preparation and execution phases.
- Safe and on time delivery of the deep-water flexible and reel lay scope of work within the EPCI Contract while ensuring a high level of quality consistent with a project design life of 30 years.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering of large scale EPCI contracts including flexibles, reel-lay and structure installation work scopes in deep and shallow water.
- Experienced and able to assess and analyze an installation spread, contractors' capabilities and challenge the robustness of their overall execution planning to deliver the installation campaign.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in general offshore installation aspects as they relate to flexibles, reeled pipelines and structures installation.
- Able to oversee and judge interfaces with deep water installation vessels and general offshore construction works.
- Ability to get along well with others in an international / multi-cultural environment and take a pragmatic approach to problem solving situations.
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of small and flexible team.
- Desire to take responsibility for own area of work and to hold self-accountable to deliver in accordance with responsibilities.
- Ability to manage interfaces between multiple contractors.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with contractors and contractor personnel and progress collaborative problem solving.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
- Current BOSIET and OGUK medical.
- US $20 Billion investment, 17,000-acre LNG facility site that includes private airstrip, marine facilities, and 18 subsea wells - 5-year construction period, delivered utilizing a staff of 1500+ employees and contractors based in Houston, Milan, Paris, Singapore and Mozambique 12.88 MTPA from 2 Initial Trains - 25-year production period
