**Mission Overview**
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the selection process of candidates for entry into training programs at the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture. This will involve participating in exams and assessments to ensure that candidates meet the required standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in exams and assessments to ensure that candidates meet the required standards for entry into training programs.
- Participate in professional diploma exams in the region, as well as in the evaluation of continuing vocational training (VAE).
- Contribute to initial training, theoretical and clinical teaching, evaluation, and pedagogical follow-up of students and trainees within the Institute and on various training sites.
- Support student success in nursing, auxiliary nursing, ambulance, and puericulture programs.
- Organize favorable conditions for professional learning.
- Develop projects for training within the Institute, including pedagogical projects, teaching projects, and internal regulations.
- Develop links and tools for pedagogical development with professionals hosting students/trainees in the context of a regional internship policy.
- Implement innovative pedagogical methods (simulation, error room, practice analysis, podcasts, etc.).
- Foster a common caring culture through sequences of training in inter-faculty (IFSI - IFAS - IFAP - IFA) in accordance with training reference frameworks.
- Harmonize pedagogical, teaching, and evaluation projects with the IFAS of the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture.
- Propose a development plan for training in the development of skills of auxiliary nurses and puericulture professionals, particularly concerning new activities, in collaboration with the responsible for continuing education at the Institute.
- Contribute to the implementation of continuing education actions at the Institute, in accordance with the National Quality Reference (RNQ) criteria and in collaboration with the 13 training sites constituting the CHU de La Réunion training organization.
