Puericulture Institute Healthcare Training Specialist

**Mission Overview**
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the selection process of candidates for entry into training programs at the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture. This will involve participating in exams and assessments to ensure that candidates meet the required standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in exams and assessments to ensure that candidates meet the required standards for entry into training programs.
- Participate in professional diploma exams in the region, as well as in the evaluation of continuing education (VAE) programs.
- Contribute to initial training and teaching, both theoretical and clinical, as well as student and pupil evaluation and follow-up, within the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture and on various training sites.
- Support student success in the fields of nursing, auxiliary nursing, ambulance services, and puericulture.
- Organize favorable conditions for professional learning.
- Develop training projects within the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture, including pedagogical projects, teaching projects, and internal regulations.
- Develop links and tools with professionals hosting students and pupils on training sites, as part of a regional policy for training: welcome booklets, scenario-based training, etc.
- Implement innovative pedagogical methods (simulation, error room, practice analysis, podcasts, etc.).
- Foster a common healthcare culture through sequences of training in inter-faculty training (IFSI - IFAS - IFAP - IFA), respecting training references.
- Harmonize training projects, teaching, and evaluation with the IFAS of the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture.
- Propose a development plan for training in the acquisition of skills for auxiliary nurses and puericulture specialists, particularly in new activities, in collaboration with the training development manager of the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture.
- Participate in the implementation of continuing education programs at the Institute of Auxiliary Puericulture, respecting the criteria and indicators of the National Quality Reference (RNQ) and in collaboration with the 13 training sites constituting the CHU de La Réunion training organization.
