About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Market Expansion Specialist to join our dynamic team in Paris. This is a crucial role in driving Aircall's growth strategy, focusing on key markets such as France, Italy, and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture relationships with our partners, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Work closely with GTM teams and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and drive joint initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduated from Top-tier Business or Engineering schools or university (Master degree)
  • Native French language, English fluent, Italian would be a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy
  • Knowledge around the Hubspot ecosystem would be a plus
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies
