Sales Director for Swiss Market Expansion

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Director for Swiss Market Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the Swiss market. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
What You Will Do:
- Map the Swiss market to identify new partners and business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound to outbound, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Enhance the company's presence in the Swiss market through trade shows, events, and other strategic activities.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve sales processes and strategies.
Your Future Team:
You will join a dynamic and international sales team consisting of approximately a dozen people, working closely with the Head of Sales. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the Swiss market.
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience, preferably in the Swiss market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and French, with English being a plus.
