Job Description
Vous rejoignez Safran Power Units, une société spécialisée dans l'aéronautique civil et militaire, pour occuper le poste de Customer Service Representative. Cette fonction vous permettra de travailler dans une société à taille humaine tout en intégrant un grand groupe.
Responsabilités
Vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion des commandes de vos clients internationaux, en assurant une communication régulière et proactive. Vous administrerez, gérez et coordonnez les commandes dans le respect des règles contractuelles et réglementaires. Vous suivrez l'exécution du carnet de commande en interne et maintiendrez une communication active avec vos partenaires internes.
Compétences requises
Vous devez avoir une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction de gestionnaire client dans le secteur industriel, idéalement aéronautique. Vous devez être qualifié(e) en matière de crédit documentaire et garanties bancaires. Vous devez être reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre autonomie, ainsi que pour votre rapidité d'exécution, votre écoute client et votre esprit d'équipe.
