Customer Service Representative

Imerys is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toulouse. As a key member of our Front Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate order entry, and supporting commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage direct contact with customers through various channels (phone, email, fax, etc.) to answer their requests and provide information.
- Ensure accurate order entry within the ERP systems (JDE and/or SAP) in compliance with customer contracts.
- Provide support to commercial teams to send price increase letters to small customers.
- Interface with credit controlling for overdues management and with Logistic Service & Sales to follow up on freight quotes.
- Send general information and documentation emails to clients.
- Register and follow up on customer complaints through a dedicated CRM tool.
- Coordinate sample management with the Back Office team and Sales Managers.
- Contribute to data collection for new customers and ensure correct setup in ERP systems.
- Bachelor/BTS in international business, foreign language, or sales assistance.
- Full-time position with remote working 2 days a week.
- Bilingual in English and French, fluent in German.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international trade and incoterm.
- Reactivity and stress management during peaks of activity.
