Technical Support and Implementation Specialist

As a Technical Support and Implementation Specialist at Addactis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in implementing our RiskTech and RegTech solutions in the LATAM market. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the correct operation, optimization, and security of our software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration, and administration of our software, ensuring its correct operation, optimization, and security.
- Providing support and assistance to external customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documenting and reporting errors, bugs, or requests for new features to the head office, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of problems.
- Providing comprehensive guidance on support, connection, and/or connection support from our software to customer databases, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient access to information.
- Providing technology support service during demonstrations and meetings with prospects, ensuring a positive experience and a clear understanding of our software capabilities in technology and information security.
Internal support (office and employees) will also be a significant part of your role, including external provider management, software installation and administration, and technical problem-solving.
