As a key player in proximity communication, Mediapost advises and accompanies its clients at every stage of implementing their campaigns. Our expertise in relational marketing, data, and digital, combined with the strength of our national network, enables businesses and organizations to reach their audiences through a combination of innovative and intelligent solutions, both online and offline. This includes distribution of advertising materials (flyers, prospectuses), street marketing, SMS campaigns, email campaigns, natural referencing, Google Ads, and more.

Mediapost is a subsidiary of the La Poste Group, employing 10,000 staff in France and generating €318 million in revenue. As the Director of Multi-Sites for the Franche-Comté Bourgogne Sud region, covering departments 21, 25, 39, 70, 71, and 90, you will be responsible for managing your center of profit in terms of governance, resources, expenses, results, and social climate. You will lead your teams and develop the skills of your collaborators.

The main missions you will be responsible for include:

  • Implementing the company's strategy and general policy on your Multi-Site Direction (DMS)
  • Defining and developing the transformation strategy and ensuring the implementation of transformation projects
  • Ensuring the company's real estate policy on your DMS and optimizing surfaces and rentals
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of new logistics activities in conjunction with the New Activities Direction
  • Animating, stimulating, and challenging site managers and team leaders to achieve objectives, develop synergies, and share best practices
  • Ensuring good social dialogue in conjunction with Human Resources
  • Conducting site visits to inform yourself of performance and excellence, and developing action plans
  • Developing a culture of continuous improvement within your teams
  • Ensuring the evaluation, development, and evolution of your collaborators' skills
  • Ensuring that each manager on your DMS applies the company's policy and management principles
  • Implementing the necessary instances and management to lead and animate your site managers

You will be a confirmed manager with a mastery of management tools, business, and office software (Excel), operational and logistics team management, and the rules of governance for a profit center (budget, profit and loss statement). Your leadership, ability to convince and mobilize teams around projects, and ability to embody the company's policy will be essential assets for succeeding in the missions entrusted to you.
