About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at UPTOO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector, with a focus on cosmetic and food packaging companies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our adhesive products and printing solutions, and initiate new projects.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, proposal development, order processing, and customer relationship management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and establish new partnerships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the packaging or label industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial sector and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
