About the Role

The Lead Developer role is crucial in the technical development within a Feature team. This role is designed for a developer who thrives on coding and technical challenges, with an eye on growing into a solution architect role within the next 2-3 years. As Lead Developer, you will be instrumental in building robust solutions, advocating for best practices, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
  • Create well-designed, testable, efficient, and scalable code
  • Lead all phases of the development life cycle
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
  • Investigate alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review
  • Lead review and debug of Flutter applications
  • Manage, train, and provide support for junior developers

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Senior engineering roles
  • Full Stack Development expertise with a mastery of Flutter and experience in both iOS and Android
  • Strong experience with managing mobile applications at scale in production
  • Proven track record in an Agile/Scrum environment and the ability to effectively communicate with international teams
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth, with a fluency in English both spoken and written
