About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Webmarketing to join our team at Yumens, a leading digital strategy agency. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 Webmarketing Project Managers and working closely with the Pole Manager to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Webmarketing Project Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee the portfolio of clients managed by your team and ensure they receive the highest level of service.
  • Assign and evolve the portfolio of your team members based on their skills and interests.
  • Challenge and improve the webmarketing strategies and tactics implemented for clients.
  • Provide solutions to team members and clients to drive business growth and success.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality results from your team.
  • Foster strong relationships and internal processes within the team.
  • Manage career development and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Develop and deliver training programs internally and externally for clients on SEA, Social Ads, and webmarketing.
  • Participate in the structuring, improvement, and initiatives of the pole and its 6 teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a team and developing their skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and results-driven with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to drive business growth.
  • Autonomous and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.
  • Proven experience in deploying full-funnel digital strategies with a budget of over €300,000.
  • Expertise in managing SEA and Social Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement tools, including Google Analytics.
