En tant que Finance Solutions Manager, vous serez amené à réaliser les tâches suivantes :
- Optimisation des outils de reporting financier : Vous participerez à l'adaptation des systèmes d'information dans le cadre de la modernisation, de l'application de nouvelles normes ou de projets de restructuration.
- Industrialisation des rapports financiers : Vous serez responsable de la production de rapports financiers et extra-financiers, en conformité avec les normes telles que IFRS, CSRD, LEC 29, Solvabilité 2, et Bâle 3/4.
- Accompagnement dans le choix des outils : Vous aiderez à la sélection des outils appropriés, à l'élaboration de la feuille de route IT et à la mise en œuvre des solutions.
- Mise en place de solutions de communication financière : Vous développerez des outils pour améliorer la communication des informations financières.
En tant que Manager / Senior Manager, vous serez en mesure de proposer des solutions pratiques aux clients et d'exercer un rôle de conseil indépendant tout au long des projets. Vous superviserez une ou plusieurs équipes de consultants et serez impliqué dans la gestion de l'ensemble des missions qui vous seront confiées. De plus, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement des activités de l'équipe.
Profil RecherchéLe candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme Bac+5 d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur.
- Une expérience de plus de 7 ans dans :
- Un cabinet de conseil en tant que consultant sur des outils de consolidation ou de reporting, ou en maîtrise d'ouvrage.
- Une entreprise dans les domaines de la comptabilité et/ou de la consolidation.
- Des connaissances sur un ou plusieurs des outils suivants :
- Consolidation : SAP (Group Reporting, BFC), OneStream, Oracle (HFM, FCCS), Tagetik, etc.
- Disclosure : Workiva, Invoke, SAP DM.
- Une rigueur, un goût pour le travail en équipe et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
- Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
