Productivity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Productivity Manager to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Productivity Manager, you will play a critical role in driving cost optimization and productivity initiatives across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on productivity metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of productivity initiatives
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven track record of managing projects and driving cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
