Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales position at SOFTEL Communications Inc. based in Courbevoie, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management tasks to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus
