About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EMEA Business Development Representative to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across EMEA, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial technology-related sales, consulting, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving strategic planning processes and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with developing, implementing, managing, and executing through influence across a cross-functional set of senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters/MBA degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience of defining go-to-market programs targeted to enterprise customers, with a focus on developing, executing, and scaling field programs.
  • Direct field experience working with Enterprise companies.
  • Consulting or customer-facing solutioning experience.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
