Responsibilities
- Establish and Maintain Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, high-end department stores, boutiques, and other retail channels.
Develop Sales StrategiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the brand's market presence.
Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability, manages stock replenishment.
Order Processing and LogisticsCoordinating order processing, shipping, and delivery logistics.
Market AnalysisAnalyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team ManagementTrain and onboard new sales staff, ensuring they embody the brand's values and standards.
Marketing CollaborationCollaborate with the marketing department to execute promotions and implement new strategies.
Requirements
- Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion womenswear wholesale, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong network in the industry.
Leadership and CommunicationExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Luxury Fashion KnowledgeStrong understanding of luxury fashion trends and an eye for style.
Customer ServiceExceptional customer service skills and a passion for building client relationships.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with wholesale management software is a plus.
EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
