Responsibilities

  • Establish and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, high-end department stores, boutiques, and other retail channels.

Develop Sales Strategies

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the brand's market presence.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability, manages stock replenishment.

Order Processing and Logistics

Coordinating order processing, shipping, and delivery logistics.

Market Analysis

Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Team Management

Train and onboard new sales staff, ensuring they embody the brand's values and standards.

Marketing Collaboration

Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotions and implement new strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion womenswear wholesale, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong network in the industry.

Leadership and Communication

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Luxury Fashion Knowledge

Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends and an eye for style.

Customer Service

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for building client relationships.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with wholesale management software is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Language

English language proficiency.
