Role Overview
The Wholesale Sales Assistant Intern will work closely with the Key Account Manager for France, providing essential support for operational and administrative tasks throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives and manage customer follow-ups;
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor inventory levels;
- Engage with logistics partners to ensure order fulfillment;
- Track and report on the delivery status of orders;
- Translate customer presentations from English to French;
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports;
- Perform data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently residing in Paris;
- Adaptability and effectiveness in a dynamic work environment;
- Strong analytical and time management capabilities;
- Proficient in Excel is essential;
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
The ideal candidate must be enrolled in a university or equivalent academic program throughout the internship duration.
Work Environment: Remote work options available, with the possibility of utilizing coworking spaces.
Contract Type: Internship, 6 months (full-time)
Compensation: 750 euros gross monthly, with reimbursement for 50% of public transportation costs.
