Job Summary

SAGIO, a premium fashion retail company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to lead our sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, high-end department stores, boutiques, and other retail channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the brand's market presence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability and manage stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate order processing, shipping, and delivery logistics.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff, ensuring they embody the brand's values and standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotions and implement new strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion womenswear wholesale, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong network in the industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends and an eye for style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with wholesale management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • English language proficiency.
