Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketplace Vendor Quality Coordinator, providing support in various tasks:

  • Acting as a primary resource for quality assurance among marketplace vendors.
  • Assisting sales teams in addressing quality and customer satisfaction concerns with vendors.
  • Formulating and executing suitable action plans in partnership with marketplace vendors and internal teams (quality assurance, customer service) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generating and tracking essential metrics related to the management of partner vendors:
  • Overseeing marketplace quality performance indicators and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with marketplace operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, syntax, composition).
  • Strong verbal communication abilities (regular interaction with our partner vendors and clients).
  • Basic proficiency in English.
