Ramsay Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health Centers to lead the management and development of our health centers in the Île-de-France region.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the quality and safety of patient care in each health center.
- Pilot the operational management and handle daily emergencies.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of 4 doctors, 2 nurses, 2 secretaries, and an administrative representative.
- Coordinate with various external stakeholders, including the Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie (CPAM), the Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS), hospitals, and municipalities.
- Contribute to the development of primary care direction and the opening of new health centers.
- Higher education (Grandes Écoles or M2 in healthcare management) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership, with the ability to operate in a complex and dynamic environment.
- A proactive, rigorous, and reactive approach, adapted to remote management and a demanding context.
