Job Title: Associate Director, Business Development-France Based

Guardant Health is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Business Development team in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with biopharma companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the French market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with biopharma companies, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with biopharma companies, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the French biopharma market, including regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
