Your Role: Drive Growth in Key Regions

As a Sales Sector Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and revenue within the 18, 36, and 45 departments. You will manage a portfolio of 75 stores, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies tailored to the specific needs of each region.
  • Negotiate agreements with retailers to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify emerging trends within the retail landscape.
  • Promote brand values and product offerings through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the retail sector, preferably with a focus on food and beverage products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
