Sales Leadership Opportunity at MEDIPOST

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales Manager, overseeing a dedicated team of field sales professionals. This position is crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of 7 sales representatives in the field.
  • Focus on increasing sales within retail sectors and small to medium enterprises.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies while assessing revenue outcomes.
  • Establish sales objectives, create actionable plans, and track performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Engage in client meetings and play a pivotal role in significant negotiations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing BtoB sales teams, hold a degree in business or commerce, and demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation abilities. Your expertise and influence will be instrumental in propelling our mission to lead in local digital communication.
