About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production operations and drive key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.

The successful candidate will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing change and transformation amongst operating teams in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma phase journey and Factory of Future Line-centric organization & roles.
  • Supporting the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals.
  • Leading and being accountable for establishing a strong governance framework to review, control operational performance, and embed a zero-loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best-in-class standards.
  • Supporting all manufacturing standards, governance, compliance requirements, and ensuring they are in place, understood by all, and regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
  • Leading and being accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement for the manufacturing team, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent and builds capability at all levels.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
  • An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location

This role is based in the United States, and relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
