Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at OpenPurpose. As a key member of our Global Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for the management of our offices in Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Workplace Operations peers to deliver new office spaces, post-occupancy modifications, and move management.
- Oversight of all operations including events, hospitality, repair and maintenance, warehouse management, mail operations, etc.
- Coordinate with internal Workplace Experience teams to deliver continuous, consistent communications to our offices and site leaders.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members, landlord or building management, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contracts and to agreed standards.
- Assist with the management and development of annual operating and capital budgets, financial variance tracking, and operations expenses.
- Regularly travel to our offices in the Western Europe portfolio to support on-site Workplace teams, initiatives, and projects.
Requirements
- Self-starter, creative thinker, and solid decision maker.
- Experience utilizing workplace, facilities, and space management systems preferred.
- English, French, and Dutch required proficiency (German desirable).
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience.
- ~4+ years of facilities management experience with an emphasis on facilities, office management, workplace services, customer service, food, and event management.
