We are a leading global company in the AgTech industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Sales Manager to join our team in France.
About the Role:
The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the relationships with our most important clients in France, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the French market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Expand our existing customer base by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Manage and achieve commercial budgets, expenses, and sales revenue.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven experience in technical solution selling.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Excellent organisational skills and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
