At Michael Page, we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our B2B sales efforts in the rapidly growing Blockchain industry. As a Sales Leadership Manager - Blockchain, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the Blockchain or Crypto industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • Fluency in English is required, with other languages an added advantage
  • Based in Paris, with the option to work across Europe and travel to Paris at least once a month
