Your collaboration with various departments will be essential to ensure that our local offerings align with our overarching business goals while delivering exceptional customer value and ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:As the Senior CRM and Marketing Strategy Manager for DAZN France, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design and execute detailed marketing strategies with impeccable implementation to boost revenues through customer acquisition, relentless retention, and optimization of conversion rates.
- Manage CRM, media, and retail strategies, including customer segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns, and engagement tactics to improve customer lifetime value.
- Lead the CRM team in orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic choices and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to create precise forecasts, business cases, and optimal product pricing.
- Work closely with Product, Rights, Brand, Content, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Effectively manage resources and monitor performance against critical metrics and KPIs.
- Encourage a data-centric culture within the team, leveraging analytics and insights to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to amplify marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in significant marketing positions, ideally within the telecommunications, OTT, e-commerce, entertainment, or media sectors.
- Strong proficiency in CRM strategy, product marketing, customer experience, and digital media, with a proven record of driving business growth and monetization.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of the French market, including consumer behavior, media landscape, and competitive dynamics.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
