Head of Growth Marketing and Strategy

As the Head of Growth Marketing and Strategy, you will be the driving force behind our European growth initiatives. Your mission will be to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing and demand generation to fuel our user acquisition and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy: Identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, allocate budget, and monitor performance to drive predictable growth and enable actionable decisions.
- Lead the growth marketing team: Manage a team of marketers, nurture talents, and develop strengths to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product, Data, and Brand teams to launch and test initiatives that improve our funnel and lifecycle metrics.
About You:
- 7+ years of experience: In growth/performance marketing or demand generation in a startup environment or digital agency.
- Expertise in growth marketing tools: Ad platforms, attribution methods, CRM/automation systems, and technical skills to engage in deep discussions with Data and Product teams.
- Strong analytical skills: Report on budget, performance, and forecast, with knowledge of key marketing ratios and efficiency metrics.
- Fluency in French and English: A creative spirit, startup mindset, and desire to learn from peers and share knowledge.
