Aufgaben und Verantwortung

Als Head of ECM 2 übernehmen Sie die strategische Führung des Bereichs ECM 2 und sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsstrategien. Sie werden die Innovation im Bereich Instandhaltung der Akiem Gruppe vorantreiben und die aktuelle und zukünftige Entwicklung im Bereich Digitalisierung auf pragmatisch und kosteneffizient umsetzbare Lösungen prüfen.

Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit wird die Erstellung von Roadmaps für Innovation und Umsetzung nach erfolgter interner Abstimmung sein. Sie werden auch proaktive Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess des CMMS-Systems leisten und regelmäßig die existierenden Organisation/Prozesse hinterfragen.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit wird die Umsetzung und Überwachung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter sein. Sie werden eigenverantwortlich das zur Erfüllung der genannten Aufgaben erforderliche Jahresbudget aufstellen und verwalten.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit wird die Personalführung und Kompetenzmanagement sein. Sie werden auch die Erstellung von unternehmensweiter Instandhaltungsdokumentation leisten und existierende Lösungen hinterfragen, um effektivere Lösungen umzusetzen.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit wird auch die Management von technischen Fragestellungen sein, die nicht auf der Ebene ECM 3 & 4 gelöst werden können. Sie werden regelmäßig die existierenden und neuen europäischen Normen und Standards hinsichtlich Auswirkungen auf die Instandhaltung und dokumentierte Umsetzung notwendiger Änderungen prüfen.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit wird die Umsetzung der aus diversen Audits (z.B. ECM, QM) folgenden und in den Verantwortungsbereich des Bereiches ECM 2 fallenden Aufgaben sein. Sie werden auch die Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotserstellung neuer Anfragen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit und Sicherheitsaspekten der Instandhaltungs-Lösung leisten.

Ein wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit wird auch die Strukturierte und dokumentierte interne Kommunikation mit den Bereichen ECM 1, ECM 3 und ECM 4 sein.
