Position Overview

We are in search of a Sales Administrative Coordinator (F/M) to support a client within the retail domain. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Monitoring and managing orders
  • Processing and managing invoices
  • Conducting checks on stock and merchandise discrepancies
  • Addressing administrative matters within the store
  • Managing claims related to insurance
  • Collaborating with logistics and external service providers
  • Maintaining various performance dashboards
  • Overseeing inventory management
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Excellent communication abilities

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

A collaborative spirit with a systematic approach

The capacity to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations

Work Location: West Region

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
