Position OverviewWe are in search of a Sales Administrative Coordinator (F/M) to support a client within the retail domain. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Monitoring and managing orders
- Processing and managing invoices
- Conducting checks on stock and merchandise discrepancies
- Addressing administrative matters within the store
- Managing claims related to insurance
- Collaborating with logistics and external service providers
- Maintaining various performance dashboards
- Overseeing inventory management
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Excellent communication abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A collaborative spirit with a systematic approach
The capacity to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations
Work Location: West Region
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
