**Mission Overview**

As a key member of the SUEZ team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing administrative sales processes while adhering to regulations related to cross-border waste transportation and fiscal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Gestion Administrative des Ventes:
    • Ensure administrative processing of purchases and sales, creation and tracking of commercial contracts, client reception, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, client insurance, and disputes.
    • Optimize invoicing and client payment terms (DSO follow-up).
    • Manage client balances and solvency.
    • Ensure compliance with sales procedures and general terms of sale.
  • Gestion Réglementaire (Import/Export):
    • Manage document flow.
    • Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations.
    • Verify adherence to incoterms and client contracts.
    • Manage cross-border waste contracts, nomenclature, and circulation authorizations.

**Requirements**

  • Hold a Bac+2 degree (BTS MUC or equivalent).
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Be proficient in Excel and have a natural inclination towards IT tools (MKGT knowledge is a plus).
  • Have a good command of English.
  • Be able to work in a team, have good client relations, and possess a methodical and reactive approach.
