Customer Service Excellence Project Manager Intern

At Back Market, we're committed to empowering people to consume tech sustainably. As a Project Manager Intern in our Customer Service department, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this mission. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor performance KPIs, such as Contact Rate, Return Rate, and Customer Satisfaction, and report weekly on the operational performance of the service. You'll also lead or coordinate deep dives to identify root causes and build corrective action plans. Additionally, you'll animate the weekly meeting and ensure the follow-up of action items decided during the meeting with key stakeholders.
