About the Role:

Back Market is a leading refurbished electronics marketplace with a global presence. We're looking for a talented individual to join our Seller Success team as an Account Manager Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our refurbishers to provide the best products quality and price-wise to our customers. Your mission will be to manage a portfolio of French sellers accounts, providing them with advice and solutions to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of French sellers accounts, providing them with advice and solutions to improve their performance.
  • Work alongside the FR Key Account Manager to provide key insights to help sellers handle their business on our platform.
  • Manage projects and prioritize new processes and tools for sellers.
  • Partner with internal teams to work on realistic road maps and timelines.
  • Create action plans to constantly improve projects and seek efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ideal experience in Sales, Consulting, or Project Management.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Fantastic team player.
  • Strong interest in the online and e-commerce environment.
  • Passionate about growth and eager to learn.
  • Familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment.
